about jva studios

in 2023, jva studios joined forces with stojan&voumard to create stojan office lab studios. our prime focus was to take part in hybrid production techniques, combining design, computer-generated imagery, photography and live action.

for several years, jva studios has been training, representing and producing a new generation of photographers from leading swiss and international art schools (incl. école cantonale d’art de lausanne, vevey photography, fashion institute of technology nyc). today the studios produce still life, lifestyle and portrait photography for global brands.

In post-production 15+ image professionals come together, with a passion and understanding for the product, its details and new ways of deploying imagery. the team works closely with brands, art directors and photographers to produce innovative and timeless work.

joël von allmen has made a decisive contribution to still life photography, in particular to the horology illustration since the 1990s. his legacy lives on in today’s studios production, thanks to his mentoring to young photographers as well as advice he provides to partners globally.
